These terms cover your use of Slippy at slippyapp.co. Using the site means you accept them.
Slippy finds music you have probably not heard and plays it in YouTube's own embedded player. Slippy does not host, copy or stream recordings itself. Every full song plays from YouTube, with YouTube's player, ads and terms unchanged. Thirty second previews in saved playlists are supplied by Deezer.
A radio from one song or a mood is free. Slippy Pro costs $4 a month or $36 a year and adds a radio built from your own playlist, a new playlist of thirty songs each week, and a place to keep them. Payment is taken by Polar, who is the seller of record. You can cancel any time from your billing page, and Pro lasts until the end of the period you paid for. If a price changes, you will be told before your next renewal. If something you paid for did not work, write to us and we will put it right.
Keep your sign in to yourself, and use one account per person. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Give Slippy playlists you have the right to use. Do not script it, scrape it, or run it through automated tools. There are limits on how much one person can play and look up in a day, and we may slow down or block use that threatens the services Slippy depends on.
Songs play through YouTube, so YouTube's Terms of Service apply to that playback. If you connect your YouTube account, Slippy reads your playlists and, when you ask it to, creates a new private playlist in your account. It changes nothing else. You can withdraw access at any time by pressing Disconnect YouTube, or at your Google account permissions page.
Slippy is offered as it is. The suggestions come from public music data and a language model, so some will be wrong, and a song may turn out to be a different recording than the one named. Slippy depends on other companies' services, and if one of them changes or stops, parts of Slippy will stop with it. We do not promise the site will always be available.
Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer law where you live. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss arising from using the site.
Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Deezer, Tidal and the rest belong to their owners. Slippy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of them, and names them only to say what it works with.
